Frontline supplies the Amphitec Vortex in New Zealand, matched to the work you do and the roads and sites you do it on.
New Zealand jobs are rarely the same twice. One day is a city site with tight access, the next is a long haul to a rural job. Frontline works through the chassis (3, 4 or 5 axles), tank size (12, 15 or 19 m³) and vacuum source (Roots blower or screw compressor), then adds the options the work calls for, such as a high pressure pump, blowing rear doors or a multipurpose boom.
On construction sites that means roof ballast, insulation and drain cleaning. For utilities and civil crews it means exposing cables and pipelines without a strike. In industry it means cleaning silos and tanks and removing contaminated soil, and for bulk work it means moving dry material hundreds of metres without a second truck.
Frontline checks the configuration against New Zealand vehicle requirements, and backs every machine with technical support, servicing and accessories here at home.

Amphitec Vortex
Vacuum, blow and transport dry material
The Amphitec Vortex is a powerful vacuum and pressure truck for industrial applications, and the best solution for vacuuming, blowing and transporting dry substances. One system handles suction, blowing, discharge and transport, with a simplified operating system that keeps it easy to run.
It reaches 300 m or more from the truck and 50 m or more down, and blows material 200 m or more along the ground and 75 m or more up. The tank fills and discharges quickly, and an optional discharge compressor (165 m³/h, up to 2 bar) speeds unloading. Noise stays below 80 dBA, with fuel savings and low engine emissions.
A filter chamber with an external hatch, an easy-exchange main filter, a filter cleaning system and a safety filter protect the machine, and optional hydraulic foldable hose storage keeps the hoses organised.
