PVT Vacuum Pumps
PVT Vacuum Pumps are 3 lobe blowers specifically designed for vacuum plants that must convey gas free from polluting substances, oil or water: this is made possible due to the lack of sliding parts, and therefore oil lubrication within the compression chambers. Moreover, PVT blowers do not need any auxiliary cooling system, as they are provided with a built in air injection cooling system. IDROVAC EXCAVATOR
The Idrovac Jurop excavator is an advanced technology equipment, particularly suited to be used in construction due to its excavation speed and reduction of manual labour. It is also distinguished by its use versatility and due to the possibility of operating in places where technical difficulties prevent the use of standard excavators. The Idrovac Jurop excavator is equipped with a telescopic suction boom for the approach of the suction pipe to the material extraction point and with a high-pressure hose reel (up to 500bar) to clean and disintegrate the material to be removed. The whole equipment is driven by a 95 hp silenced diesel auxiliary motor. Thanks to the availability of extensible pipes, it also reaches and removes rubble and demolition waste in inconvenient places or impossible to reach with conventional means. |

- REDUCTION OF INTERVENTION COSTS compared to traditional excavation operations that require the intervention of several means to complete the intervention (excavator and transport vehicle), the Idrovac Jurop excavator combines both means in one equipment, allowing to suck and transport the removed material. The extracted material can then be unloaded by tilting the tank.
- EXECUTION OF “NON-DESTRUCTIVE” OPERATIONS, by using the Jurop hydro excavator in alternative to traditional means, it is possible to perform “delicate” operations preserving existing structures. This renders the Jurop hydro excavator also suited for operation in environments where a limited impact regarding present manufactured goods is required, such as historical centres or in the presence of utilities networks to be preserved or exposed (such as pipes or underground lines).
