  This allows your operator to have full control at the flick of a switch to independently turn on vacuum, or jetting, or both together and independently adjust performance of each - very flexible operation features
  
  
• Vacuum Pump

Jurop Helix 1200 (6,400 m3/h or 3767 CFM) Multi purpose vacuum pump with good air flow and 93% operating vacuum (when you completely bury your vacuum hose into any product the vacuum pump will still deliver at 93% vacuum), you get both great air flow and full vacuum.

Vacuum pump is fitted with big bore full flow piping to ensure good air flow

Vacuum System comes complete with cyclone filter to protect your vacuum pump, exhaust silencer to reduce operational noise Vacuum pump is piped with auto vacuum and blow, change over by the flick of a switch located in control panel and on remote control. This system is also fitted with a travel cut off valve, this is also operated by the flick of a switch

• Jetting System

1 x Pratisolli Jetting pump 43 Litres per min © 4,640psi, Auto low water cut off to protect pressure pump from running dry

3,200 Litres on board jetting water capacity

Water level site tube so operator can see and monitor water level

50mmm fast fill hydrant filling point, factory fitted with back-flow prevention to comply with NZ back-flow regulations 50mm fresh water outlet to allow operator to quickly dump fresh water if required

• High Pressure Hose Reel

1 x Hydraulically operated high pressure hose reel, located at rear of truck

Hydraulically controlled hose reel via truck mounted lever & via remote control, variable speed control in & out

High pressure hand lance/gun/Nozzle 

High pressure hose reel one has 7 functions and can be operated by remote control Function 0 - OFF, Function 1 - 7 from soft to hard depending on what job requirement is. 

• Tank Features

3,200 Litres of clean water, 10,000 litres debris compartment, 7mm Steel Tank

Fully opening rear door, hydraulically opening

Painted liner to lower section of debris tank, assists with easy clean out, this is a real bonus as the product will slide out a great deal easier when tipping your load

Debris Tank sight glasses to allow operator to visually monitor levels in debris tank

• Valves on rear door

All valves are heavy duty Pneumatically Operated via control panel or wireless remote control.

I x 200mm drain valve pneumatically operated, valve is fitted at bottom of door to allow tank to be fully drained without opening rear door if ever required.

I x 150mm suction valve pneumatically operated for vacuum inlet with internal snorkel

I x I50mm dewatering valve pneumatically operated, allows operator to dewater/de cant load via internally mounted screen.

• Overhead Boom

8” jurop suction boom with heavy duty flexible pipe

Boom can be both operated via control panel on truck and also via the radio remote control. 

The 8” jurop boom will be parked on the footpath side of truck for ease of operation
